the QT Booth experience.

  • Our Mirror Booth is the newest in Photo Booth technology that looks like a free-standing mirror with magic interactive capabilities. While it's not a 'booth' as you know it, the QT Booth is equipped with professional lighting to make sure everyone looks good, and a top-of-the-line DSLR camera that captures high quality images along the way.

  • Hidden behind the mirror is the world-renowned Fotomaster technology, adding the magical features that allow the mirror to interact with your guests. The reflective glass works like a giant touch screen that comes to life and talks to you, lets you play games, responds to gestures, and plays animations. It effortlessly guides you through photo taking, to customising with signatures and emojis, to printing... all in less than 5 minutes per session.

  • From start to finish, your QT Booth host will be on hand to assist with every part of your booth rental. 2 hours prior to your event start you can expect arrival on location to set up the Mirror Booth, backdrops, and props. Throughout your rental, the attendant will be there to assist your guests with use, answer any questions, and troubleshoot any issues. The mirror will capture all of the memorable moments, and print them out on your customised photo templates.

  • Absolutely! We offer a multitude of different layouts for you to choose from, and can set up your photos to print in either our 2 x 6 inch strip or upgrade to a larger postcard size. If you’d like something a bit more bespoke, we can custom design a look using your own logo with any message you like.

  • The hire of the QT Booth includes an attendant who will stay with the booth throughout your event. They will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly and assist guests while using the booth. You do not need to worry about delivery, set up, operation, or take down- leave it to us!

  • Although we *technically* can, it's sometimes not a great idea. ⁠

    ⁠Our requirements are simple, but very important:⁠
    - a fully weather-proof area to set up under / inside (because lots of wires + water = a very broken photobooth), ⁠
    - flat / level ground (So the booth doesn't tip over, or take crooked photos),⁠
    - A dark or shaded area, away from direct sunlight (imagine trying to look at a computer screen outside - no good!),⁠
    - power from a standard 240V outlet (you're welcome to provide a generator or we can help you source one, at an additional cost),⁠
    - a 2.5 M² area for our booth and backdrop to be set up (the backdrop is 2.5 M high and needs to be 2.5 M away from the booth),⁠

    We're definitely open to setting up outdoors and can chat with you to figure out if it is going to work. Definitely get in touch and we can discuss the details!⁠

  • Our booth and backdrop together have a footprint of 2.5 x 2.5 meters and requires a standard 240V power outlet. The backdrop is also 2.5 meters tall, which can limit usage in a low ceiling area.

    If your event is outdoors, in addition to above, we require level flooring and a weather protected spot in case of rain. Stairs and multi-level venues may pose a unique challenge for the setup of the booth, so upon inquiry please let us know as much detail about your venue as possible.

  • Every QT Booth hire includes unlimited photo sessions for the duration of your rental. Get snapping!

  • Get in touch with us today via enquiry form, email, phone, or even text us to chat about how we can help WOW your guests. Next, we'll require a 50% deposit in order to reserve and hold your special date. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before your event. We’ve found it makes it easier to get the business out of the way before the actual event.

  • For once in a lifetime events, you will want a photographer for setting up and taking all event photos. But remember, the Mirror Booth is not just a way of capturing unique images of people doing things and acting out of character, but it s extremely entertaining for your guests and you. You get to enjoy your special occasion and look back at the images created by the booth later, that you normally would have missed. Its a great reminder of how fun your event really was. It also gives your guests pictures to physically take home and remember your event forever.
